"Itchin 2 Start" Boatbuilding Workshops! To be held in Port Stephens, the first workshop is planned for Saturday the 4th of September 2010. You will get to meet the Schionning team, learn what makes a good Multihull and how you can build a one yourself using one of our designs and kits. Brett will take you through some hands-on steps that will demonstrate most of the techniques you will use if you do build and you can learn all about the materials we use and why.

High Seas Adventure aboard Sea Shanty 1600! Our first Sea Shanty 1600 to be launched, "Waikhaya" was delivered around the world from South Africa to New Zealand by Jeff, Lorraine and Ben Schionning and Samantha Haines during 2009. Waikhaya is now safely home after over 15,000 nautical miles. You will find photos, videos and destination reports made during the trip here.

Schionning Marine Muster 2010! The Schionning Marine Muster has been skipped again for 2010. We are holding some "Ichin 2 Start" hands on building workshops instead. Our next Multihull Muster will be held in October 2011. Due to the massive involvement required from boat owners to get here and effects of the GFC we decided to postpone the Muster for another year.
